Church Care is a browser based church database application with integrated Bulk SMS communication tool, designed to help churches manage and track their members, families, groups, activities and financials. Church Care can be used by any church or Christian community that seeks a computerized, automated, user friendly and cost effective means of managing its day-to-day activities.

• Work Online/Offline: Can be used online or offline. Install on a web server so people can work from home. Install it on a local computer in your church for greater security.
• Family Organization: Group church members by family. People in families can be assigned specific roles within the family such as Father, Mother, child, relative, etc..
• Members Management: Add unlimited church members to the database with lots of important information. Assign church members to a family and one or more groups. Keep important information about the person inside the program. You can also have people mapped out in Google Maps for visitation.
• Manage Groups/Societies: Create and manage various groups, societies and organizations in your church. Assign members to one or more grour and assign roles such as President, group leader, member, chairman, etc. to each members of the group.
• Volunteer Tracking: Organize various volunteer opportunities like church keeping, sunday school teaching, and put members in those opportunities.
• In-built Bulk Messaging Tool: Send SMS, WhatsApp or Email messages to church members or specific group of members directly from the application with the integrated bulk SMS, WhatsApp & Email communication module. You can also program and send Birthday SMS to church members on their birthdays.
• Advance Search Capability: Easily search the database for members based on key words, name, family, groups, etc.
• Members Birth Day: View or sort all members birth day based on day of the month or month of the year, useful for Birth day messaging.
• Access Control: Access to certain records like financial data may be restricted to one or just a few individual users as appropriate.
